Advanced implant bridge

The programme at a glance

An implant bridge on thimbles with six teeth, completed by an anterior case combining a veneer on 11 with an implant-supported crown on 21.

Who is it for?

Dental technicians experienced in implant prosthetics and ceramic cosmetic work.

Prerequisites

Master the layering, staining and finishing of an implant bridge.

What you will produce

  1. Compare three stained crowns with three micro-layered crowns.
  2. Complete gingival cosmetics through internal staining and micro-layering.
  3. Harmonise a veneer on 11 with an implant-supported crown on 21.

Programme outline

Day 1

Digital design and case preparation

presentation of the bridge on six thimbles and the 11–21 anterior case, prepared and milled in advance; passivity, function, emergence profile and safety.

collective digital modelling of an equivalent case, CAM strategy, launch of a demonstration milling cycle and internal-staining mapping.

Day 2

Dental staining and micro-layering

2D and 3D staining of three monolithic crowns; internal staining and facial micro-layering of three cut-back crowns.

comparison of both finishes, internal staining of the 11–21 case, harmonisation of the central incisors and gingival cosmetics with internal staining and micro-layering.

Day 3

Corrections, harmony and finishing

review of firings, dental and gingival corrections, checks of fit on thimbles, insertion axes, contacts and passivity; harmony between white and pink aesthetics.

finishing of the veneer on 11 and implant-supported crown on 21, glazing, polishing, checks of occlusion, interfaces and aesthetic integration.

Learning format

Commented demonstrations, individual hands-on work, supervised firings and group corrections. The trainer supports each participant in checking volumes, contacts, brightness and finishing.

The completed work is photographed and provided to each participant at the end of the programme.

Participation conditions

Small group: 4 to 6 people

In-person training at the ISDL laboratory. The location, schedule and equipment references are confirmed before final enrolment.
