Ceramics or staining?
One three-unit bridge to compare facial layering, 3D staining with micro-layering and simple staining.
Explore the programmeEssential CAD/CAM
Receive cases by email or through the main cloud platforms, centralise files and communications, design a crown, an inlay/onlay, a veneer and a wax-up, then prepare a model for 3D printing.
Explore the programmePressed ceramics
Three IPS e.max Press restorations: one stained crown, one micro-layered crown and one partial restoration.
Explore the programmeCAD/CAM production
Design implant cases and a bar in exocad Bar Module, then prepare a controlled CAM production.
Explore the programmeAdvanced ceramics
Reproduce a central incisor on a coping and harmonise four layered units with two stained canines.
Explore the programmeAdvanced implant bridge
An implant bridge on thimbles with six teeth, completed by an anterior case combining a veneer on 11 with an implant-supported crown on 21.

CAD/CAM production
The programme at a glance
Design implant cases and a bar in exocad Bar Module, then prepare a controlled CAM production.
Who is it for?
exocad users and CAD CAM technicians who want to connect design with milling.
Prerequisites
Be able to design and export a simple crown.
What you will produce
- Design several implant cases.
- Build an implant bar and verify its machinability.
- Prepare nesting, tools, toolpaths and CAM simulation.
Programme outline
Day 1
Introduction and implant design
precision, control and safety in the CAD/CAM workflow; verification of scans, margins and parameters, then design of a crown and bridge according to the material.
checks of the intaglio, contacts, occlusion, thicknesses and non-machinable areas; scanbody, library, implant position and emergence profile.
Day 2
Implant bar and CAM strategy
screw-retained crown, custom abutment, small implant bridge and bar construction in exocad Bar Module; interface and machinability checks.
disc and material selection, orientation, nesting, connectors, tools, toolpaths, collision checks, simulation and production-output validation.
